Rough Outline of the tour:

Depart Canada Jan 25th; policy visit to Washington, DC; depart for Ethiopia via Rome Jan 27th; Foodgrains partner visits from Feb 1-9; tourist visit and debrief Feb 10th; Return to Canada Feb 12th.
