Mennonite Central Committee is supporting the second year of a three year food security project in the district of Guro in the Manica province of Mozambique. This project will continue to assist 500 vulnerable families with seeds, training on improved agricultural techniques, training on community health issues, and inputs and training for planting fruit and other trees. The overall goal of this project is to increase food security and agricultural production in the region.  The project is being implemented by the Christian Council of Mozambique.
